is carried out correctly and transparently, for lawful purposes, protecting your privacy and your rights.
Types of processing (also carried out with the aid of IT means):

A) Police Headquarters communications. This information is requested by the Police and such data is retained for a period of 1 year from the moment the guest leaves the

B) Customer Accounting. This information is required by the Revenue Agency and such data must be retained for a period of 10 years (or even longer where required by
law) – Interested parties: Customers, Data Category: Economic
C) Supplier Accounting. This information is required by the Revenue Agency and such data must be retained for a period of 10 years (or even longer where required by
law) – Interested parties: Suppliers, Data Category: Economic
D) Suitability Assessment. This information is required by the ASL and such data must be retained for a period of 10 years (or even longer where required by law) –
Interested parties: Employees, Data Category: Health
E) Fixed-term subordinate call contract. This information is required by the Labour Inspectorate and such data must be retained for the duration of the employment period.

-The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the interested party is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at the
request of the same.
A) Customer Personal Data. Such data is necessary for the sale of services to customers and for the purchase of items from suppliers. Such data is retained for a period of
10 years from the last commercial negotiation – Interested parties: Customers, Data Category: Personal Data
B) Supplier Personal Data. Such data is necessary for the sale of services to customers and for the purchase of items from suppliers. Such data is retained for a period of 10
years from the last commercial negotiation – Interested parties: Suppliers, Data Category: Personal Data
C) Employee Personal Data. Such data is necessary for the performance of work activities. Such data is retained for a period of 10 years from the moment of termination of
the employment contract. – Interested parties: Employees, Data Category: Personal Data
D) Employee Salary Data. This data is necessary for the purposes of remuneration of employees. This data is retained for a period of 10 years from the moment of
termination of the employment contract. – Interested parties: Employees, Data Category: Economic
E) Customer Credit Card. This data is necessary for economic transactions and for the economic protection of the business. This data is retained for a period of 6 months –
Interested parties: Customers, Data Category: Economic
-The interested party has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes:
A) Third Party Cookies. By providing consent, you authorize Doubleclick, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 to collect information on the user's browsing
experience of the site. – Interested parties: Users of the Internet site, Data Category: Navigation
B) Video surveillance. Information panels warn that the area is under video surveillance. By entering the area, you provide consent to be filmed. Such data is stored for a
period of 1 week. – Interested parties: Anyone who enters the Video Surveillance Area, Data Category: Geographical and Temporal
The data is processed by Camera con Vista S.r.l. and/or its privacy officers. The data will be communicated to third parties only for the reasons indicated above. If the data
necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or a legal obligation are not provided, the services cannot be provided. If consent is not provided for the requested activities, the
related services cannot be provided.
The data is not transferred to non-EU countries in the following cases:
-Contractual Obligations: A, B, C, E
-Consents: A, B
In other cases, any transfers to non-EU countries take place under the responsibility of the data recipients.
We would also like to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or cancellation or limitation or
opposition to processing, in addition to the right to data portability, if and to the extent applicable (articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 679 of 2016). You can also lodge a
complaint with the supervisory authority, according to the procedures established by current legislation.
